01 · What is it?

What is this?

Most breaches start with a person, not a system, and improving security culture is the hardest part, even if it costs less than a firewall. We don't give the yearly talk everyone forgets: we put your team in the situation, with scenarios from your sector, so it sticks. We start with leadership, because culture changes from the top, and we read your organization to choose what works: building culture or reinforcing control. No theater, no attack-of-the-week: we talk about why your information is worth protecting. The continuous program (simulations, micro-learning, gamification) comes later; today we start with what actually moves the culture.

02 · The process

What it involves.

  1. 01

    Culture read

We understand your sector, your team, and how it learns: does building culture work, or reinforcing control? The program adapts to that, not the other way around.

  2. 02

    Tailored scenarios

We prepare real cases from your sector that put your team in the situation. The exemplary sticks; slides don't.

  3. 03

    Session with the team

A close, jargon-free talk, with the whole team in one room or by video. Special focus on leadership and finance: that's the #1 target (CEO fraud, fake invoices).

  4. 04

    Leadership tabletop

The committee walks through a scenario: ransomware, breach, CFO phishing. They learn their role while there's no real pressure yet.

  5. 05

    Materials and reinforcement

Onboarding guide and 'what to do if...' one-pagers. Simple and memorable, not a course nobody finishes.

03 · The differentiator

How we do it at Sekit.

  • Exemplary, not slides

We put you in the situation and let you imagine what would happen. That sticks; a 40-slide deck doesn't.

  • Leadership first

Culture changes from the top. We start with leadership and whoever handles the money, not with a generic team talk.

  • Substance, not theater

No fear-selling, no attack-of-the-week. We talk about why your information is worth protecting, and we read your culture to choose what works: building habits or reinforcing control.

04 · Deliverables
