Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and Sekit Technologies, Sociedad Limitada ("Sekit", "we", "us"), a company registered in Spain at C/ Cronista Carreres 10, Bajo, 46003 Valencia, España.
What we offer
Sekit Assess: a free 10-minute cybersecurity assessment for small and medium businesses, available at /assess. You receive a report that includes a maturity score, applicable laws, and your top risks.
Sekit Services: paid consulting engagements (gap analysis, risk analysis, cybersecurity roadmap, security policies, AI security reviews for agents and architectures). Each engagement is scoped, agreed, and priced in writing before any work begins.
Sekit Platform: a private-beta workbench for cybersecurity consultants. Access is invitation-only at the moment.
Your account and your data
Some features require an email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping access to your inbox.
You own the data you submit. We treat it as confidential and only share it with the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train AI models.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Sekit only for lawful purposes and not to: attempt to break or probe the security of the site beyond a normal use; scrape or copy our content at scale; use the assessment to test or evaluate businesses you don't have permission to assess; impersonate someone else; or interfere with how others use the site.
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service if these terms are violated.
AI and automated outputs
The assessment uses AI to draft a first version of your scoring, risk list, and report. The output is shown to you for review. AI outputs may contain errors. Decisions you make based on Sekit outputs are your own; we encourage you to validate them with a qualified professional, especially for compliance, legal, or financial decisions.
Pricing and payment
Sekit Assess is free. Paid reports and paid consulting engagements are priced in their own scope-of-work document, which you accept in writing before any work or charge happens.
Where Spanish law requires it, prices are stated excluding VAT and VAT is added on invoice.
Refunds and cancellations
If a paid Sekit Assess report does not deliver what we promised, we refund within 14 days, no questions.
Consulting engagements follow the cancellation terms agreed in the scope-of-work document. By default: you may cancel before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, we refund the unspent portion.
Intellectual property
We own the Sekit name, logo, site, and the software behind it. The methodology, scoring model, and report templates are also ours.
You own the data and content you put into Sekit, and the reports we generate from your data are yours to keep, send, and use.
Disclaimers
Sekit is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep the service running and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit a specific outcome you have in mind. Sekit does not replace a qualified cybersecurity professional, a lawyer, or an auditor.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Spanish and EU law, Sekit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses that result from your decisions based on our outputs. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for gross negligence or willful misconduct).
Termination
You may stop using Sekit at any time and ask us to delete your data (see Privacy Policy for how).
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice when reasonable.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If a dispute arises, we will try to solve it informally first. If that fails, the courts of Valencia, Spain have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country says otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. We update the date at the top and post a banner on the site for 30 days. If the change is material, we email you about it. If you keep using Sekit after the change, you accept the new version.
