What Sekura says
0:00In this lesson you'll learn what the readiness plan is, how to generate it from a readiness, what each section contains, and how to edit it and share it.0:10The readiness plan is the document you share with the company's management. It turns the readiness into two answers: where the company stands today, and the work left before certification, phase by phase. It's a snapshot: it carries a date, and later changes to the readiness never alter it.0:30It carries your assessment, not promises. It never says who will do the work or commits anyone to a date. Each phase shows a typical duration, such as months five to seven, as a reference, not a deadline.0:44Before you generate it, review the readiness: the plan is built from it as it stands. When you're happy with it, click Generate report.0:54The dialog shows which analysis it comes from and which version it will create. Here a first plan already exists, so this one is version two. The Report language starts with the company's deliverables language, here English; change it if its readers need another one. Click Generate report.1:13The plan opens straight away, marked Generating this report. Sekura writes its text in the background, and the page updates on its own when it's ready.1:23The plan has four sections. Where things stand counts the requirements by state and by phase.1:30Framework requirements explains what an audit checks.1:34Work plan is the recommended sequence, phase by phase.1:39And Next steps says where to start.1:42Document control closes it: the company, the framework, the date and the source.1:48In the work plan, each phase says what it achieves and lists its requirements, with their State and a note. That note is the requirement's Finding description from the readiness. Every number comes from the readiness itself, never from the AI.2:04To adjust the wording, select a passage of the text and click Edit, then save your change. You can edit the text, not the tables.2:13To share it, click Download Markdown and send it, or paste it into your own template. You can also print it from your browser, or save it as a PDF. Then walk its management through it: where the company stands first, then the work plan, phase by phase.2:30Every plan stays in Reports, under Information in the sidebar. The plan's row now shows version two, with version one kept under its earlier versions. Each time you generate again you get a new version, and the one you already shared stays as it was.2:46Here is phase three of the plan, Verification, months five to seven. Its three requirements, monitoring, internal audit and management review, are all Not started. The note on 9.3 reads: top management has not reviewed the ISMS.3:04Tip. A tip: if a row's note needs changing, don't look for it in the plan. Fix the Finding description in the readiness, then generate a new version.3:14To recap. The readiness plan is a dated snapshot you share with management. It carries your assessment, never commitments. Review the readiness before you generate it. And every new version leaves the earlier ones as they were.3:30Thanks for watching! For more GRC lessons, visit our Learning Center at sekit.ai/learn-center.
