What Sekura says

0:00In this lesson you'll get the whole picture of Sekit: what it's for, how it's organised around the companies you manage, and the four parts of the work you'll do in it.0:12Sekit is a workspace for GRC. GRC stands for governance, risk and compliance: keeping an organization's security in order, and proving it to customers, auditors and regulators. Sekit keeps everything that work needs in one place, and its AI agents do much of the groundwork.0:31The work in Sekit is organised by company. Each organization you manage is a company with its own workspace: its own assessments, risks and documents. The console lists them under Clients.0:44Look at the sidebar. At the top is the company you're working on. Below it, Operations holds the work for that company, plus the Control Library your whole team shares. Workspace holds what belongs to your whole team, like the Clients list.0:59Each company opens on its Dashboard. Four numbers sum up where it stands: the Maturity score, the Open risks, the Controls assessed and the Evidence gathered. Each one comes from a part of the work you'll see now.1:13The first part is the assessment. It measures a company against a framework, such as ISO 27001 or NIS2, one requirement at a time. You'll find assessments under Gap Analysis in the sidebar.1:28The second part is risk. A risk is something that could go wrong, scored by how likely it is and how much it would hurt. Open Risk Management in the sidebar: the risks live in the Risk Register, with what you'll do about each one.1:44The third part is evidence: proof that a requirement is met, such as a policy or a record. The company's files are under Documents. In the sidebar, open Information to reach them. When something is missing, you ask the company's people for it under Requests.2:02The fourth part is the agents. Sekura is Sekit's AI. Open Agents in the sidebar and talk to Sekura about the company you're working on. Before Sekura changes anything, it asks you to approve the change. Other agents read documents and propose verdicts, and what they write is listed under Agent updates for you to review. Agents do the first pass; you have the last word.2:27Now follow one risk through those parts. On the Dashboard, the Open risks card counts it, and the Risk landscape places it by likelihood and impact.2:37In the Risk Register, this row reads: Backups never tested with a full restore. Open it: fixing it is a recommended action, and the report of a test restore becomes its evidence. That's the loop: assess, find the risk, act, and prove it.2:55Tip. A tip: always check the company at the top of the sidebar. Click its name to pick another. The company pages under Operations follow it, so you're always looking at the right one.3:07To recap. Sekit is your GRC workspace. Every company has its own. The work comes in four parts: assessments, risks, evidence and agents. And the agents do the first pass, but you review it.3:24Thanks for watching! For more GRC lessons, visit our Learning Center at sekit.ai/learn-center.
