0:00In this lesson you'll learn how to work with your team in Sekit: who is on it, how an invitation works, how to invite a colleague, and how to revoke an invite or remove someone.0:12First, what is your team? It's the people who work with you in Sekit. They're all listed in one place, one row per person, with the email they sign in with.0:23A colleague joins by invitation. Sekit emails them a one-click link that works for one address only and expires in seven days. Until it's accepted, the invite waits in a list of its own, with the address, the expiry date and who sent it.0:39Let's find the team. Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, the one with your initials, and choose Settings.0:46In Settings, pick Team. The Members tab lists everyone on your team, with their email.0:53To add a colleague, click Invite member.0:57Type their Work email, the address they'll use to sign in.1:01Click Send invite. Sekit emails them the link, and when they accept, they join your team.1:07The invite waits under Invitations until it's accepted, revoked or expired. Each row shows the address, when it expires and who sent it.1:17Sent it to the wrong address? Click the bin icon on the row.1:22Confirm with Revoke. The link stops working straight away, and you can send a fresh one at any time.1:28When someone leaves, go back to Members and click the bin icon on their row.1:33Confirm with Remove. They leave your team at once. Their account stays, so you can invite them again later.1:41Let's put it together. Say a colleague, Alex, joins to help you with a client's ISO 27001 readiness. You type Alex's work address, the one Alex signs in with, and click Send invite.1:55Tip. A tip: invite the exact address your colleague signs in with. The link only works for that email, so an invite to a personal address won't let them in with their work account.2:06Alex opens the link and accepts, and now appears under Members, on your team.2:12To recap. Your team is everyone who works with you in Sekit. A colleague joins through a one-click invite to the address they sign in with. You invite, revoke and remove people under Settings, Team.
