What Sekura says
0:00In this lesson you'll add a company to Sekit with the setup wizard, see what its profile is for, change it later, and switch between your companies in one click.0:10A company is an organization whose risk and compliance you manage in Sekit. Most of the work happens inside one: its assessments, its risks, its documents. The console lists your companies under Clients.0:24Each company has a profile: its sector, country, size, main framework, the language of its deliverables, and a contact. Why does it matter? Because the agents read it too. It tells them who the company is and which language to write in.0:41Let's add one. Under Clients, click New client. The setup wizard opens.0:47The wizard has eight short steps, and the strip at the top shows where you are. First, Identity: type the Company name. The legal name and website are optional. Click Continue to move to the next step.1:01In Location, pick the country and the team size. Below them is the Deliverables language: the language Sekura writes this company's findings, plans and messages in. By default it follows the country.1:15In Framework, pick the company's main standard. A framework is a standard or law that sets security requirements, such as ISO 27001, NIS2 or ENS. This is the company's main one; each assessment still chooses its own.1:32Engagement records the kind of work: for example Project / one-off, Fractional CISO or Audit / compliance. It's optional.1:44Last, Confirm lists everything you entered on one page, down to the main contact's name and email from the Contact step. Click Create client, and you're back on the Clients list with the new company in it.1:57You can change the profile at any time. In the Clients list, click Edit on the company's row.2:04A panel opens with the whole profile, grouped as Identity, Profile, Primary contact (optional) and Engagement. Change what you need and click Save changes.2:16To switch companies, click the company name at the top of the sidebar. Type in Search clients… or pick one from the list. You stay on the same page: from one company's risk register, you land on the other company's risk register. Manage clients takes you back to the list.2:34Here is a profile filled in. It reads like a short description of the company: a manufacturer in Spain, with fifty-one to two hundred people, and ISO 27001 Annex A as its main framework.2:48Below it are the primary contact, with a name and an email, and the engagement, here Project / one-off.2:57Tip. A tip: if the company's people work in a different language from their country's, set the Deliverables language yourself. Then every finding and plan Sekura writes for that company arrives in the language its people actually use.3:11To recap. A company is an organization you manage in Sekit. The wizard creates it in eight short steps. Its profile gives the agents context, and you can edit it any time. And the switcher at the top of the sidebar moves you between companies.3:28Thanks for watching! For more GRC lessons, visit our Learning Center at sekit.ai/learn-center.
